Giannis Vagenas
Mr. Giannis Vagenas is a well-established business executive and the visionary behind the core idea of 3BC. He has almost 3 decades of working experience in hotels, restaurants, wholesale, imports, and distribution. As of 01/09/2024 he has taken over a historic Greek winery as commercial director. His studies at hospitality management, business administration, human resources and WSET (on diploma) are making him an asset to be seriously considered and we’d like to believe, an added value to your project. His proven skills on team building and his discreet manner engaging any given team are reinsuring for a smooth and efficient operating procedure.
George Zervogiannis
George Zervogiannis graduate the university of Patras in the Tourism business administration department he is an A.S.I. Diploma holder, certified Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, graduate of the Wine and Sommelier Expert Course by Genious in Gatsronomy and best Sommelier in Greece for 2024.Professionally he is the Head of Wine of Scorpios Group and working in the hospitality industry for more than ten years.
Tilemachos Papandreas
Tilemachos Papandreas, is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (department of Economics) with specialization on Business Economics and Finance. His working experience in hospitality started in 2017 at Aleria restaurant where he worked as Head Sommelier for 1.5 years before being one of the first members of Delta restaurant (2 Michelin Stars and 1 Green Star) team in 2021. During his presence there, he operated as Head Sommelier until 2022 and Wine Director from 2023 to 2025. Nowadays he is co-owner and Head Sommelier of the Italian restaurant Osteria Mamma. Additionally he is nominated educator for WSPC Level 1 in Wines and making wine tastings for ‘OINOXOOS’ wine magazine. Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET Level 3 in Wines and Level 2 in Spirits holder, he has represented Greece in the International Young Sommelier Competition in 2021, while back in 2020 he gained the award of the “Best Newcomer Sommelier” at the National Competition for Best Greek Sommelier.
Konstantinos Lourdis
Working with IBM’s SAP team in a significant client for 9 years. With long experience in SAP ERP Implementations through consultancy and business development roles across industries, he has excelled in building strong relationships with the customers enabling them to succeed in their digital transformation journey through ensuring overall projects’ success while achieving accounts growth. He is results oriented, with sound leadership capabilities, taking full ownership of his work while he endorses teamwork in all respects.
Participation in full projects life cycle covering below areas:
• Business development activities for achieving account growth,
including answering RFPs, delivering powerful presentations,
sharing market use cases and best practices. Establish IBM SAP
Assets and Solutions to customers.
• Analysis, Design and Delivery of effective solutions that meet
customers’ needs and fully leverage platform’s technical capabilities
while sharing technical and business expertise from the market that
align to customer’s strategy.
• Management of customers’ expectations and building of strong
customer relationship.
